Turning Point Alliance works in partnership with Registered Providers to deliver warm, professional accommodation and tailored coaching for individuals ready to take their next step toward independence. We unite around one goal — to be the turning point in someone's life.
Our Move-On and Transitional Housing Service is designed for individuals who are ready to take the next step. Working alongside Registered Providers, we offer a safe, professional and supportive environment where residents can build the skills and confidence needed for lasting independence.
Through tailored tenancy coaching, monthly welfare check-ins, and carefully planned move-on pathways, we ensure no one navigates this journey alone.
